The YMCA is happy to help out during the BRCS of 2009

The Traverse Area Paddle Club organizes and leads all the river teams during the BRCS.  This is the 5th year we have held this event. TAPC also cleans several other rivers in NW Lower Michigan.

The 7th Grade Student Council sent 5 students and 3 adults to help ou this year.  We had a great time.

This is the second year the National Cherry Festival has sponsored the BRCS.  Good luck to the TAPC in the future and thanks for helping to keep our Boardman River a clean and natural stream

The Grand Traverse Conservation District provided facilities for the picnic, vehicles for carrying trash and financial support.
