This camper was reported to us by Lydia Gulow from the County. She asked for our help in getting it out of the woods in
Interlochen off Mud Lake Rd and into a landfill where it belongs. We were happy to help.

No metal recycler would take it but GFL said they would take it and it would be FREE. THANK YOU, GFL!!!!!!

We talked to Chuck at Ward Eaton Towing and he very willing to help us get the camper out of the woods.

I did want to add that most businesses operators that do specialized work like this, start to shake their heads, "NO",
before I even get done with the first sentence of my request. Chuck was not like that. He let me finish and then he said,
"When do you want to do it?" I am very appreciative of Chuck's willingness to help us with this very unusual project.
Chuck and Ward Eaton Towing did a wonderful job for us.

Chuck made quick work of loading the camper on his flatbed truck and had it unloaded at GFL and was back at his tow yard
in 2 hours flat. He gave us a very fair price for a safe and efficient job, well done.

While we were there at the dumpsite, Lydia and a local resident who happened by, worked to fill Lydia's pickup with some of the
other trash that was also laying around. Lydia needs a trailer, so she can be more efficient with her cleanups, thus making fewer trips.

The DNR Adopt A Forest Program will reimbuse us for the cost of this project. Thank You, DNR!!!!!!
