Today, Karl and I went to two locations in Grand Traverse County where we had found shingle piles
last year. The first was not a good location since the camera would be facing due South so we decided
to place both the cameras at one location where we had found shingles before.

The activation and aiming of the cameras was tricky and we learned a lot about how to do it. David helped us from
home using his computer to help us aim the cameras. We got one aimed perfectly but one is still off by a bit.

The cameras are already documenting traffic on the road and we are confident that we will get good images
if the dumpers come back.

We documented the locations and baseline views with our GPS camera and were done in less than an hour.

These Cameras were acquired using a generous Grant from the Carl Lemcool Memorial Foundation and
installed with the permission of the Michigan DNR and Grand Traverse County Law Enforcement.
