Paul (in checked shirt) did a great job of getting us signed up and set up for a great 2023 year-end party at Brady's.

Tracie (in Blue) held a short but important Member's / Board Meeting to install the new officers and ask for one more to join
the Board. There were no new volunteers for Board Duty.

Norm had two awards he wanted to present.

The EAGLE EYE AWARD to Terry McKay for being the best river cleanup volunteer, finding more trash even after the
rest of us have worked hard to get all of it, she always finds a full bag more. Terry accepted her award over the phone.

And the HE-CLAMPSIA Award to Harold Lassers for using and needing more clamps than anyone else to fix our boats and equipment.

Norm explained the story of the origin of the River Wisdom Award and Wayne Andersen passed the coveted
River Wisdom Award to Linnaea Melcarek for her exploritory trips on new rivers and creeks.

Norm made everyone aware of the great job our fantastic waitress, Alyse, did for us and suggested LARGE tips for her.

Everyone had a great time and we broke up at around 8:20. One more paddling season is in the record books.
