4 of us ventured out on a wild, wet and windy morning from Mayfield to find some trash that had been
reported to me by Steve Largent and the DNR.

The roads were really bad from the severe storms of the night before. We got lost once and almost got stuck
in the sand on Knight Rd but we found a swimming pool and a hottub and some smaller trash there which we got
into the trailer with some difficulty.

Then we went back to some paved roads where sane people drive to another small site on Ranch Rudolf Rd.

Steve K. brought his small trailer, too, so that site was easily cleaned and we were done by 11:00am.

Thank you to all of you for your willingness to help keep Grand Traverse County free of illegal dumpsites.
