On my walk with Maya last Saturday, I tripped in the woods on a sharp
steel rod that was sticking out of the ground.

Today, John, Jaquie and I went back with my Sawzall and a hacksaw to take it out.

It turned out to be a copper clad grounding rod from the lumbering and railroad days.
And we are glad to have it out of the woods where it was going to hurt someone eventually.
